I like creepy. How about putting the two together - creepy weird? Because you can be weird without being creepy, and vice versa.
@johnldeboer Don't cut him any slack. Don't make his life easier. No synonyms. If he doesn't like "weird" then offer him "rape-y" or "felonious". Upsell the troll.
