@sjvn I've been doing a hybrid schedule where I'm in the office/datacenter Tuesday and Thursday and at home the rest of the week. I don't intend to stop that any time soon as it's been working really well for me. That's enough and frequent enough on-site time that I can generally take care of any physical servers needing attention without needing to make a special trip, and it lets me be hyperproductive doing remote work the rest of the week.
