Her original charges:

Hung jury on the two really big counts:

1) aiding and abetting in the theft of a laptop from Pelosi’s office

2) obstruction of Congress’ Jan. 6 proceeding

That second count has a 20 year max sentence.

Sentencing can't happen for at least a couple of months in a federal case, and it'll be interesting to see whether the DOJ decides to retry her on the two hung-jury counts.

@MistyKitty3 @jjmacnab I can almost see them being hung on an obstruction charge because they need to prove her state of mind. Almost. But to be hung on whether or not she took Pelosi's laptop, I thought they had that all on video. 🤷

@jjmacnab I admit to being underwhelmed, though I hope sentencing balances that out. I understand that you factor what you can charge with what you can win, but she was, IMHO, one of the worst of the bad.
