Not only have I voted by mail already (more than a week ago), but I have received verification from the friendly folks at the Maryland Board of Elections that MY VOTE HAS BEEN COUNTED. 😀 👍

I also voted, a few weeks ago, & received verifivation from Md. We have a good system in this state.
Yes, that's an imortant action, to always check the status of your ballot after its received to make sure there are no errors. Problems in scanning your ballot, etc., would require you to vote again. Until the vote says it's been "counted" its not an actual vote.
