Decades ago, climate scientists predicted that global warming would lead to greater & more extreme storms. They predicted the weather we are experiencing today. Our response has been to sit on our hands ever since. Unhappy with the bad news the right wing shut off the flow of information that they deem inconvenient, & sit alone in the dark, while hurricanes like Helene wash away their houses.
Winter is coming, & can be just as nasty.
