Once they begin rounding up suspected "illegals" it may be too late to get the documents you need to prove your citizenship.
I guarantee you that it will be virtually impossible to do so from an internment camp - or once you are "concentrated" into a ghetto.

And documents? We don’t need no documents.
@jeffdavenport how does my mom go about proving she is a citizen? She was born in England, came here in 61’ and became a US citizen in the mid 90’s. She has a social security number so isn’t that enough? I mean really….

you are making the assumption they will respect your documents. I have lived in dictatorships, they wont.
@jeffdavenport I just ordered my birth certificate this morning. Because something unmentionable happened to some records I have to wait a month. Then I can apply for my passport.
