So a warrant has been issued for Putin.
I presume there will now be some sort of Delta Force mission to sneak him out of Russia to face charges.

The International Criminal Court does not actually maintain its own police force, and the United States isn't a signatory to it.
@ianthealy Newp. The ICC has no enforcement arm of its own. It has to count on nations that actually signed the ICC convention to make an arrest if he shows up in one of those countries.
He is very unlikely to do so without prior diplomatic cover.
