So glad I replaced the flush valve on the upstairs toilet this week. I'm pretty handy with home repairs and it's a simple task, but I've got a plumbing phobia. I can't touch a pipe or valve or fixture without causing leaks. I had to put a new wax ring on a toilet at our house in Maine a few years ago and it was out of service an entire weekend and six trips to the hardware store. But this time, it was victory on the first try, woohoo!
