Psychiatrist appointment today. Med refills. At least I only have to go every 4 months. 😐
Back from the Psych appointment. Now I can scratch that of my list for six months.
It's bad when you've been seeing a psychiatrist so long that you only go twice a year because it's the law that you have to see the doc twice a year to get meds. It's nice though. That every month shit from 15+ years ago was an effing hassle. 💯
i get to do zoom visits with my shrink every month, just need to show up in person once a year.
@holon42 I did that during COVID emergency, but my place stopped allowing it about 6 months ago.
