has anyone else seen the dire methods that El Salvador has had to bring to bear on the gangs that were destroying their country?
they're not considered to be human, called terrorists, and confined in a newly built maximum security prison with security that defines a new level.
it's meant to dissuade any more youth from joining the gangs that were causing complete chaos.

yes, that's a big bonus for us too. those poor people having been terrorized for so long can now have some semblance of civilization.
it's a brutal solution, but 🔥 with 🔥sometimes. and it's not as if their involvement isn't written all over their bodies.
@holon42 it is incomprehensible that people are terrorized to the point of walking through Mexico with only what they can carry to reach Southern US.
Bernie Sanders said in 2016 that the US Govt needs to go to these countries from where people are emigrating and find a solution to fix the problem there in home countries.
i agree, but the US has not been a good neighbour in the past, fomenting problems for socialist leaning governments.
so i suspect they're having to tread very lightly.

This will slow/stop migration into the US southern border originating from ElSalvador. Meaning, the citizens who would be fleeing gang infested areas will not have that problem.
