I hit a bit of a setback. My Mac crashed yesterday, and I didn't think anything of it, but all the work I did on my story vanished, so I'm going back over what I covered yesterday.
The good news is that I'm getting reacquainted with the story which should have me in a good position to push the full narrative forward when I finish my review.
Now if only I could stop nibbling on the pretzels.

@holon42 It is odd, which is why I went through the settings, looking for anything out of place.
Turns out I had to turn on smart backup, it wasn't automatically ticked.

that's not good on apple. i mean, really? they have the on option for a lot of choices, but that one not?

@holon42 WPS Office is the word processor I use because it seems the best option that doesn't involve me paying Microsoft every month. It's also got Linux compatibility.
