I find it incredibly frustrating that Biden has repudiated the idea of using his new immunity to show SCOTUS the error of its ways.
We are forever obeying laws and norms that our opponents do not hold themselves to.
There's no way to defend democracy this way.

i understand why Biden avoids it, but the danger is clear and present, so surely‼️ he could do something since he's been handed the permission.
