research long covid and cellular energy insufficiency, i came across the fact that creatine supplement increases energy.

so, i got some and am beginning an experiment.

being cautious, i took Β½ dose mixed with my Vega One shake for breakfast.

now, this could be PLACEBO at this point, but,

doing qigong, the energy boost was noticeable, made exercise easier, increased qi flow, reduced joint pain.

all the effects usually associated with my qigong routine enhanced.

@holon42 I've been looking into this too, since someone here posted a link to an article, pertaining more specifically to post-COVID fatigue. I haven't started anything yet though.

i'll be posting more as i proceed. athletes are using it several times a day, but i'm going to limit it to once a day. an abundance of caution, me.
