Have had a headache since yesterday. At one point I felt a little bit nauseous. Thought I’d be okay today but still here. I had maybe an hr that it was gone but it came back. Took aspirin yesterday and it didn’t work. Tried aspirin again today and still nope. I don’t get headaches often and it’s been a long time since I had one as bad as this. 😡

that sucks. when i get headaches, it's often neck and shoulder tension, or dry air in winter furnace time.
tiger balm worked last time for sinus headache, and massage for tension.
