Your honor... My client... After seeing the turn in what's going on on plaintiffs website.... Decided that they didn't want to be associated with racist misogynistic Christofascists... As it would be bad for their brand... As it's proven too be for X itself...
We would assume that this is the stance that every company came to on their own and decided to not advertise there any longer...
How do you fight that??

😇 afaik ~ this is the third antitrust lawsuit Elon filed, regarding 'X' and advertisers.
From what I read y'day, one lawsuit was "thrown out" and the other "goes to trial in 2025".
So that establishes clear "goalposts" for this 3rd action; will it also be laughed out of court, or could it also go to trial next year?
Me? I'm closer to thinking "dismissed" ~ how can he prove "collusion" when the entities in that Coalition have free will to advertise, or not?
