#2023

@gregscloud1 Well, I started my journal in Jan, organizing computer notes started in 2020 that had developed into little essays like a bullet journal, including snippets of my education I don't want to forget. Something to keep on me out in public. The thing I read to calm down and share info with my community, that starts with the guided meditation below.
Also there was that psych ward visit that led to an overhaul of my coping skills, those notes are included.

@tippitiwichet Only just seeing this! EXCELLENT, I am sorry I have been so behind checking things lately. That is really some great info. I have had many trips to the psych ward myself. The struggle is real. Thank You so very much for sharing these. Great ones that I hope to use myself if I remember them. I am looking forward to reading your blog.

@gregscloud1 I hope you enjoy it, I'm in the process of turning it into something that I can put on my resume after I get my peer recovery support specialist certification, I'm thinking I can keep the journal near when I facilitate groups, though it was inspired by wanting to keep my chill at protests.
