The people in charge at major media organizations are either card-carrying members of MAGA, or are so disconnected from average folks that they simply don't give a shit anymore if the country devolves into chaos.
They've got theirs, and they're completely oblivious to how us common people sustain it for them.

I had to explain to someone today that no, the Democrats are not insisting Biden be replaced, the news outlets he follows who are owned by Trump supporters are reporting that the Democrats are insisting Biden be replaced.
There is a difference if he cared to investigate, which he will not, because what he is reading fits with what he wants to hear.
