@BrentSullivan He is right about big pharma & big food, they are evil handmaidens. One makes us sick, the other "fixes it". I opted out of junk food in my 20s

Took me longer to get there. I'm now a food is medicine believer.
I like Michael Pollan's advice:
Eat food (whole, identifiable, pronounceable ingredients)
Mostly plants
Not too much
