@jackdetate No rain. My water usage twice as much as same time last year. Helping obviously stressed trees, rhododendrons etc.

@gemswinc Water is already scarce and becoming more so in the southwest.. One of the differences I see from when I was a young man, is that there is no realistic expectation that it will get better in the lifetime of anyone alive today.
