@redenigma Besides many holes, I've had no issues. Squirrels try to chew down everything in sight, but we've managed to coexist
@gemswinc my dad planted cantaloupes one year. when they appeared ripe, he discovered that the chipmunks had gone under the mulch, chewed holes in the bottom of each melon & all that was on the vines were hollow husks. they also like to take one bite of each tomato...

@redenigma Ah, I see 😃 I have a fenced in flower/veg garden, with buried wire as well. They haven't found it yet. Anyway, to a certain extent I've reached the point I don't much care anymore, I garden for us all. Flowers, however are a different issue 😉
