Thwarted another runaway attempt by ND kiddo.

He had slipped and hurt himself and in his mind that meant he had to leave and go away :(

Trying to remain calm and redirect in those moments can be so hard. But I'm getting better at it.

We have ended on a good note though with giggles and fun. He said "I love you Mum" before hopping into bed and so I hop into bed happy and feeling blessed.
