It’s a thing.
“In video games, breast physics or jiggle physics are a feature that makes a female character's breasts bounce when she moves, sometimes in an exaggerated or unnatural manner”
Creepy.
@feloneouscat Oh yeah it’s creepy, and when people last started complaining about the excessive use of this crap, the video game community responded with GamerGate.
@feloneouscat if you think about it, it's only creepy because many aspects of sexuality and anatomy are taboo, and taboo subjects carry the weight of being "forbidden fruit" . There are a few games that have penis and testicles physics too. All of it, to me, seems hilarious.
I think it as creepy because, JFC, fix the damn bugs!
It adds nothing to the games and, in FFXIV, no one can see them bounce when you’re fighting. It’s spending money on crap that benefits no one (except a small handful… no pun intended… of “players”… again, no pun inte… okay, that one was intended 🤷🏻♀️).
And it looks awful.
@feloneouscat it's just a game. I'd be more worried about porn exposure than about bouncing boobs. It's like that phrase "guns don't kill people", but make it about bouncing boobs. my2c
@feloneouscat it’s really creepy and weird, but also accurate to real boobs. I once saw a girl jogging and her boobs were literally bouncing from her belly button up to her chin.
It was awkward because the driver of the car I was in could not take his eyes off of it, and actually made an excuse as to why he was staring, and it was very uncomfortable.
