Yes, that is the former President throwing PAPER TOWELS to American citizens who had their homes devasted.
He then prevented supplies from being released. People could see the containers on the docks. But they were not formally released.
It was rumored at the time that Trump was unsure if Puerto Rico was confused whether it was part of the US or a separate country.
This is who some Americans want as President.
Trump said, in his defense,
“They had these beautiful, soft towels. Very good towels”
They needed food and fresh water! You know the stuff that was at the harbor but wasn’t released because you didn’t know the island was part of the US?
