Trump, again, thinks Harris is the President. He is so disconnected he is arguing she has powers she doesn’t. Pure madness.

This makes ZERO sense.
First off, it makes no sense except to a demented racist: why would someone spend that time and effort if there is no advantage? It doesn’t even come close to passing the most cursory sniff test.
Second, how? The VP does NOT have the same power as the President. He’s betting on people too stupid to know this — assuming he knows it himself.
