The problem with Vance is he likes to use the dead in his speeches. Like his grandmother and others, the dead are incapable of setting the record straight.
Vance lies about his grandmother frequently, but it is impossible to lie about McCain on immigration—because McCain was very clear he would not scapegoat those who had no voice.
Vance has never been an honorable person. But to outright lie about a man who disagreed with Trump fervently is just beyond the pale.
