“So after saying that Joe Biden was perfectly fine and his age didn’t matter at all, and he runs circles around them at the White House. Now, all of a sudden, this memo basically goes out that says ‘Trump is now the oldest nominee in history.’ And it’s so incredibly ridiculous because they actually seem to believe that cutesy ridiculousness like that might work. I don’t think it’s going to work.”
But he is the oldest nominee.

So now that they are STUCK with their eggs all in one basket, they are attempting to gaslight us?
No matter what Republicans think, the FACTS are FACTS — Biden has had the most progressive, most worker friendly, most climate friendly most business friendly term in history. Everyone, everyone, has benefited. Are their problems? Sure. Nothing has ever been perfect (nor will be as long as people exist).
But compared to Trump and other Presidents, Biden has been incredible.

And this is from someone who thought Biden, at best, would be mediocre.
I was soooo wrong.
He assembled an incredible team. I expect that from Harris as well.
Trump has always had an old, backwards way of thinking about the US. To him, blacks are in ghettos in the inner cities, others are “Mexican” even if they’ve never been to Mexico. Others are Muslim even if they are agnostic. To him, we are just labels. Appearances. Cutouts.
We aren’t people.

I’m disgusted with MSM because when they actually get facts correct they then toss in a Republican talking point as if it has equal weight. As if a fact and a lie balance. They do not.
We are bombarded with propaganda. The news has ceased to be the news and more stenographers for whatever the wackos say.
There is little to no fact checking. Americans are fed a stream of fiction that the “services” provide for free to the Republican Party.

So now Trump and the Republicans are attempting to argue that Trump is just as energetic, just as smart and just as kind as Harris.
That we need to stop believing our eyes and start believing their lies.
What kind of insanity is this?
@feloneouscat it cult mentality at its worst.

As a result there are many Americans who actually believe there is carnage in Texas (there is not), that crime is rampant (it’s down from Trump), or that inflation is a nightmare (more nope).
This emotional, “news” has permeated everyone — it’s not just Republicans, it’s everyone (I’ve read the polls and it’s depressing).
Propaganda has the ability to change minds even when the facts say it is untrue. A lie can go around the world while the facts are still putting on shoes.
