The author is attempting to argue that the wild volatility of cryptocurrency is due to the government “printing money”—but that’s not what printing money would look like. Yes, you would see volatility but it would keep going up, not drop.

This what a graph of speculation looks like. Buy low, sell high. You get this mountain range of people buying buying SELL!
