Posting the Ten Commandments in public schools isn't enough for Governor Abbott. Now there is another bill (SB 763) that will would allow chaplains who are not certified by the state education board to “perform the duties of school counselors.”

This is patently absurd, and is clearly an attempt to religiously indocrinate public school children.
