It is quite clear that the Supreme Court is either incapable or unwilling to write a code of ethics for itself. And perhaps they should not be the ones generating that code of ethics anyway.

But we now have a court that has clearly been deliberately stacked to carry out the wishes of right-wing conservatives, and that is not what the Supreme Court was intended for.
