@estherschindler that's a limited list for each region. There are a lot of resources out there to get more variety in there. Search for your local agriculture extension. Local horticulture groups are also a wealth of info.

I love dandelion leaves in salads. They have popped up around Asheville but I’m relatively certain coated in pesticides. Bummer.
