When I was a kid, my mother made bread pudding all the time.
I loved it.
I can’t eat it now, because it’s squooshy inside. I can’t figure out how to bake it so it’s not squooshy.
Squooshy texture nauseates me.

The bread pudding is basically made from left.over cake. So cake pudding. Which I feel I need to shove in my face.
