@estherschindler I talk to myself a lot. It helps me clarify thoughts and work through issues. There's something about hearing your words out loud that helps cement them in place. If I don't say some thought or idea out loud, I WILL forget it. If I'm around my wife and/or daughter, I just explain it to them for the same effect.
