Bosses should make men cut down on sports talk in the office. A UK management body says those conversations exclude women.
Hoo boy do I have mixed feelings about this.
On one hand, I appreciate that someone is considering how they make other people feel. But really... wouldn't anybody know that I don't shut up about baseball?!

I think the solution is to encourage other topics.
(And also to not always use sports metaphors in a business context.)
@estherschindler football banter at the exlusion of other topics somone might be interested it is the problem. Banning football talk isnt going to solve the problem
