In France, it is still illegal for Muslim women and Jewish men to practice their interpretation of religion in the schools the pay taxes for, because intolerant people don't like to know people are different from them.
It's not secular like they say, just government sponsorship of other religious identities.
It's not tolerance like they say, to force people to conform to those who are intolerant.
It's no different than forcing the atheists in their schools to wear headdresses and/or yarmakles.

I'm interested in the idea of Reverend Warnock for VP, mostly for optics. Just saying, one is a duo of Baptists including a Reverend, the other is a rich man that runs around, doesn't believe in repentance, can't seem to remember anything from the Bible off the top of his head, and coerces women into abortion + a man with an odd relationship with couches. Also, Trump and Vance both have nasty, crude manners ("grab her by the...", "childless cat ladies") that are contrasted by the Reverend.

I think someone that will pick up the non-extremists that Republicans are shaving off. I would love to be under a Harris-Buttigieg presidency, and he has lots of experience, but I don't know how many will be stuck on the idea they're some radical big city millennials.

Apparently Trump reposted a clip of his own supporter saying "only good Democrat is a dead Democrat". When a non-Biden-supporter supporter wishes to kill Trump, it's a stain on the Biden campaign, when a man is met with cheers for wishing Trump's opponents and their entire party dead and is met with cheers, Trump endorses that whole thing.
