The move to Manifest V3 has begun the deprecation of uBlock Origin. uBlock Origin Lite offers some ad-blocking functionality, but not nearly enough. If you rely on uBlock Origin for a clean ad-free browsing experience, you may need to consider methods like Mullvad DNS ad blocker. Free to use.

Ublock has another extension Ublock Lite but the limitations on that are vast compared to Ublock Origin
Chrome browser is now turning extensions completely off via extension settings that still rely on MV2 manifest
Users are reporting that these extensions don't work anymore... There are no workarounds to fix this other than using a different browser that still allows MV2 extensions like Firefox and some chromium based browsers
Chrome will only allow MV3 manifest extensions, the roll out isn't for ALL yet but its coming to ALL soon, be prepared
