Proton have brought out a new password manager right now you can grab one year for $12 it's a limited offer via protonpass
you do have to install a browser extension, for chrome, brave, edge or Firefox or app for Android & iOS
The absence of a nice web interface, such as what you have for Proton Mail, Proton Drive is a kinda drawback
you can create email aliases (10 with free plan) easily

I've always kept my 2fa and passwords in separate apps/services
not a fan of using browser extensions either for password managers but i have installed proton pass on one device for certain logins, so only a small number of login details will be there, and still using my other pw manager on other devices(reasons and all that 😆🤨😉)
@ecksmc I LOVE the idea of an integrated 2FA system - but I would encourage people to keep them separate. 2FA's utility goes down when it's in the same place as where your password is stored.
