Twitter has not suspended the accounts, allowing the hackers to scam users of thousands of dollars, if not more
watch out for famous people tweeting deals
also don't click on "security[dot]com/reset password" URL if it appears in your DM's, or anything similar, that is how the scammer/hacker is gaining control of accounts pretending to be a Twitter employee asking you to click to share your the password then the hacker quickly changes your password
