@duglop The soul of something can manifest in many ways in the universe. For instance, while I currently dwell in a meat-body I use for things like "typing", I am also a principle that could manifest in anything devil-like.
A soul of almost any sort might become manifest in human form. Human brains are very plastic.
Maybe they _are_ the avatars of syphillis and gonorrhea, exploring the human experience.
