Really trying not to look a gift horse in the mouth but after our coworker passed away a few people tried to step up into other people's shoes which again we are grateful for, the problem is they weren't trained or ready for it, but they thought they knew what they were doing and they made things more difficult, today's been a real mess unfortunately so as a result we had to back a couple people off before matters get out of control...
