@duglop "dietary aide"? So, he was a kitchen food server. Don't you just love it how reconstructing the terminology of ones job title can it seem so much more important?
(I was an LVN in a nursing home and know what a kitchen dietary aide is/does)

@Kittiekatt53 yup - while I was recovering from a serious illness around 2009 I was working as a glorified janitor in a highrise - my job title was "maintenance engineer" - yes that's how they viewed it....
@duglop Exactly. And, you didn't receive an engineers salary, either.
