@Kaysymmetry I was actually kind of hoping you would give a little more detail to understand exactly what's going on but again that's okay and I'm sorry you're going through this...

@duglop the property in which I live has been sold, the new owner takes over April 30th. He plans on developing the property, but permits and bylaws take time. And he, supposedly, had agreed to keep the current tenants in place until such time that the development happens. But my roommate and I don't think he's going to honour that, and is going to try and evict everyone asap.
