So, I'm probably just one strong fart away from complete paralysis.😂

@anniecoughlin ouch - did the same thing the exact same way 2 weeks ago, still having issues - Aleve & Absorbine Jr. Back Patches (Extra large) and a heating pad have helped some - but I have scoliosis and have back spasms all the time - I wish you all the best in enduring the pain :(
