Turns out apparently they've had multiple problems with him which I can understand not wanting him on the property, I get it and have no problem with chasing him out when it comes to that. Plus, I can't confirm this but I was informed he may be a three-time sexual offender, which again if true I can understand not wanting him on the property, yet not understanding why he's even there to begin with...
@duglop Right on.
@duglop That manager will be famous, and likely get his due should the guy decide to press charges and there's video. https://www.instagram.com/p/C14dgISOGNw/
@Christmas_Snow I know, I've been following this since yesterday, they already shut down their Facebook page and they're not answering the phones that goes directly to voicemail and the voicemail is full there's people that have even gone in person to the bowling alley...
@duglop Tizzy was right about what he said about the manager speeding up his counting so he could throw that water on him. I don't see the reason for it when the guy was leaving, plus it was unnecessarily cruel given that he was sending him out in a snowstorm. If he wasn't leaving after he stepped outside, they could've locked the door and called the police to do it.
@duglop
"Three time sexual offender" could mean a rapist or child predator, could mean a mentally ill guy with no private place to piss or jack off who gets arrested for having his junk out.
@AlphaCentauri yeah nobody wants someone with that background around their establishment. That's more than understood. But what's unacceptable is the fact that the guy was complying with the manager and wasn't even on the property when the manager/employee threw the water on him. Not only that but he started counting faster and started chasing the guy as the guy was leaving the premises. Then it looks like he may even have hit him with the bucket at the end of the video..
@duglop
The fact that they recorded it and posted it themselves, unaware of how it would go over, tells how mean-spirited it was.
@AlphaCentauri yup, they closed down thwir FB page, phone is shut off or changed number - not sure which atm... hopefully there's gonna be a lawsuit - caused by their own video lol
If they knew that beforehand why were the authorities not called? What I can't understand is on the video the homeless man is complying and not even on the property anymore yet the manager still chased him out into the street and proceeded to throw the hot water on him and then possibly assaulted him... from what it looks like on the video.
There is another report that it may not have been water it may have been chemicals but I don't believe that at all...
