@Jezibaba at the risk of being the cliche “not all men” voice… most of us are disgusted by that display. Not that I expect anything at all to come of it, but I already sent the video to a friend in the FDNY who is officially reporting it. Obviously they’ve all already seen it, but at the very least there is now an official paper trail about it.

@jgold the last half of your post is what allyship is all about. I am not going to keep explaining why 'not all' doesn't belong in any discussion rn. I think you know this. Thanks for forwarding the video. Men speaking out against men is necessary now.

@Jezibaba @duglop Agreed. And it does appear to be the son of an FDNY Lt. Col. who is wearing his dad's fleece. My friend in the FDNY just pointed me to the statement, so I thought I would pass it along =-)
