Let's cook a curry!
First, I fried the onions until they were translucent, like so. Then I threw in a few spices and some water and now it's cooking in the Instant Pot. In the meantime, I'm making a spice stock on the stove and right now I'm just waiting for the water to boil.
@Wbtphdjd it had onions, Cabbage, carrot, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, cumin, Coriander powder and garam masala.
@Wbtphdjd this has just a tiny bit, for a little flavor.
But growing up my mom would fry cabbage by itself. Now she fries it with ham hocks and that's really good.
