I lost my cat Cosmo last week. I had her for 20 years, we went through everything together. The only reason I got out of bed on my weekend days was to feed her but now I don't have to do that anymore.
@krisisyphus there's a cat treat, I can't remember the name, Temptations something? Anyway, they have a shrimp flavor, Cosmo went berserk for those things.

@krisisyphus I have so many pictures! This was the most recent one where she fell asleep on my leg.
@krisisyphus and this is how she would tell me she wanted that door open. She never meowed or made any noises, just stared at it until it magically opened.

@krisisyphus that's also how she told me she was hungry. She'd sit right next to her bowl and stare at it. Not making a peep. At one point I was like "Cosmo I can't hear your thoughts" and then it dawned on me that I was doing her bidding anyway. So maybe I could hear her thoughts...
@krisisyphus she was 6 months when I got her, I was.....uuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhh...hang on. Double the 2. Carry the 1. 21 holy shit balls I've had that cat for half my life apparently. 😂 I never did the math before.
