Whoever first thought of changing a status to "shipped" when only a label has been printed is never getting a Christmas card from me.

@Mathias The funny thing with my previous employer was that externally to customers the shipping status would show "shipped" but internally to employees it would show "label printed." It made absolutely no sense to me why we couldn't tell customers only the label had been printed. Granted, if the label was printed it was *probably* going to ship by end-of-day but there was no guarantee and it might actually ship the following day instead.
@divisionbyzero Sadly, some places seem to only take their packages to the Post Office once or twice a week.
