I know presidents often look for VPs with qualities that balance their own but risk aversion? the very act of joining up with Trump is the opposite of risk aversion. no one who is risk averse would accept a role whose last occupant was nearly LYNCHED BY A MOB for not throwing out the Constitution. seems like what they meant to say here was "spineless simpering little bitch."
he's not even ON THE TICKET and these dumb billionaire motherfuckers are throwing money at someone they hate because he might possibly consider thinking about entertaining the prospect of contemplating this guy for VP #eattherich
wait, this dude's in the Senate? honestly that probably puts him at the top of the list for veeps, Trump's going to want someone so obscure, no one knows who he is and no one will entertain the idea of assassinating Trump to get this guy in office. no name recognition, no spotlight-stealing scandals, just a warm body to serve as yes-man to the tyrant.
@dietotaku Are you sure you don't want to try some raw vegetables?
I hear that cooking them so the cell walls break down so that they can be digested by our inefficient digestive systems so that we can actually absorb the nutrients in them just _ruins_ them.
If anyone needs me, I'll be prying my dentures out of this rutabaga.
I kid. I like raw veggies, especially carrots, cauliflower, jicama, etc. But I'm pretty sure you can eat them cooked, just fine.
@AskTheDevil i wish i knew what the standard was for "ultra-processed." just got the kids turned on to impossible meat to get more veggies into them, now they want to tell me it's not actually healthy? can we put it in perspective relative to not eating any vegetables at all?
i'm not gonna put down the impossible nuggets and pick up a celery stick, is what i'm getting at, so what's really worse for my health here?
@dietotaku I'm not sure "ground up" counts as "highly processed". It is common to process plant foods into forms that can actually be digested by creatures that are not primary herbivores. The kind of corn typically used for flour is barely edible without being processed.
It's not "processed" it's "ground together" like we do with meat hamburger anyway, isn't it?
@dietotaku At this point, if they hired a team of mercenaries to chop off all his protruding parts, the fallout from that would probably be less than continuing to encourage him.
this is the stupidest bullshit, when have Republicans EVER been pro-union? how is it even a question? if I was a Teamster I'd be calling to have that guy fired
