@yadayadayada #Minecraft grew too big for him to manage. He is a coder, a programmer. That's what he likes to do. He didn't want to manage a billion dollar company. I honestly don't blame him and I think the game is better for his exit. He is in the category of creators like George Lucas: Great at the beginning but if they hold on too long they will damage what they made.
