But in any case BiDeN should do it if it comes down to it. Cite the 4th amendment and let Republicans go to court to explain why they have the right to destroy the American Economy and wreck the lives of millions of Americans.
Let them explain under oath why they have the sole right to completely decimate the whole global economy.
